Calibration Error w/ option “Calculated by” - version 8

Hi guys,

After recent upgrade to v.8, everything was going fine, but this week we found out a problem or bug when using the option "Calculated by" in the calibration table.

See attached some example, this message appears: !!!CALIBRATION CURVE COULD NOT BE CONSTRUCTED!!!

The amount is not calculate for any peak.

When using any other systems with previous version 7.2 this problem does not occur, even using the same bunch of data in the offline version.

Please we need your help ! Thanks God we have not upgrade all of our other Clarity systems and this way we could reprocess this sequence in another station.

we are sorry for the problem, it looks like a bug introduced in the 8,0 version in checking the calibration curve validity.

We will greatly appreciate if you could send us the respective chromatograms for investigation to support@dataapex.com

the bug was fixed in recent release 8.0.1., update is recommended at some convenient occasion.

OK, Thanks, with new version 8.01 it is now working fine.
