Hi.
Is it possible to re-assign the internal standard peak using Clarity (v. 3.04.444)? My peaks shifted to the left over time and the instrument is now incorrectly assigning one of my analytes of interest as the internal standard.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Re-assigning internal standard peak
Dear Tomasz,
assigning of any peak identifications is solely performed based on retention times as inserted in the calibration. To modify the identification, you need to change the retention time(s) and/or identification windows of compounds in the Calibration file you are using.
It may also be beneficial for you to use the Reference Peak functionality - for more details please see the documentation for it: Using a reference peak to improve compound identification
Version you are using is quite old though, we would recommend updating to a new version which is free of charge. Please just check the compatibility of the OS and hardware prior performing the update.
