S3345 communication error

Hi, I have issues in s3345 control. i am using Sykam HPLC system with PDA (S3345) detector and S1125 Quaternary pump system. Clarity vesrion is 7.2

every time to control the S3345 i should open configuration then double click on the detector then click ok then login

if i did not do these steps the clarity hangs up

knowing that : the control of S3345 is lan (172.016.111.036)

what is your recommend ?

Dear sir,

please note the Sykam company is distributing the driver for S3550 DAD detector without our approval and we do not provide any support for Clarity stations using unauthorized control modules.

Please contact Sykam company for remedy, we are really not happy they are supplying faulty drivers and thus putting a bad image on our software.
