Agilent 6890N with AS7683

Hello,

When controlling a 6890N with AS7683 I want to ask if it is needed only the LAN cable or should we use an extra cable for the autosampler?

Dear Adolfo,
in this configuration only the single communication cable between PC (Clarity) and the 6890 GC is necessary, autosampler is only connected by it's own cables to the GC and communicates through the same communication cable as the GC (please see the 6890 manual, chapter 3.2.1).
