Clarity 2.3.0.185 Chromatography Software compatible with Win XP sp2

I have one question. My customer has Clarity 2.3.0.185 with Dani GC and
HT300A autosampler. Is this software compatible with Win XP SP2 operation
system.

Could you send answer quickly, because SP2 isn´t installed yet? Thank you.

the software is compatible with the service packs without any problem.

PS: The only encountered problem with SP2 was for stations older than 2.3.0.168 with U-PAD external USB converter. Before upgrading to Windows XP service pack 2, we do recommend to update the Clarity station first.

Please could you let us know the respective station serial number?

Most probably an update to some recent version will be necessary. Depending on the station, you may need to purchase the

C600 Upgrade from Clarity 2,3 to Clarity 2.4 (including HW key).
