Has anyone had any luck using the Knauer 2520 UV Detector? I have had significant connectivity issues with getting the system to communicate/ operate under remote control.
Do the Clarity staff here have any online support materials for this?

Knauer S 2520 UV detector driver was developed by Knauer company, and we do not have much experience using it ourselves. On the other hand, I was not able to find any problems reported to us regarding this detector, so the problems themselves may be specific to you (or your detector unit).
Again, we will need more information to find out what goes wrong in your case. Typically, when you have problems with a communication, fast attempt on remedy will be checking the firmware version and driver version and consulting it with the vendor (Knauer), additional troubleshooting will include recording the communication (Knauer has created a special log application for that) to record the communication itself in order to be able to find the reason. We can provide additional information on how to log the communication or help with that in case the firmware/driver version will turn out OK, or perform a TeamViewer session in order to help with collecting the diagnostic data and communication log.
