Dear Ivan

I'm trying to work in squence with our Master AS and GC (drivers performed
by us).

If I set a sequence the instrument run perfectly till the end of the
sequence.

The problem is :

Sequence in running, I want to add some vials, the instrument start work in
random.I contact you because when I fill in the new line during the sequence
the preview of the file name don't change and the instrument always take
from the vial of the preview. I have to fillin one line more, delete the
last and the sequence will be updated.

I found problem with deleting of lines too: sometimes you find the delete
option, sometimes not.

This happends in all version from 2.4 to 2.6.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

please could you provide us with more info on the reported problem? Especially the diagnostic files as mentioned in our support note

are helpfull in finding the problem easily.

Generally, you could not edit or delete the greyed out sequence lines already measured (marked blue) or in progress (marked red).

An attempt to add line with duplicate file name, non existing vial, unacceptable injection volume etc. will result in an error message, the line will be marked with a cross and the sequence will be paused. In case external start is recieved, the analysis will be run with the sample info according to the Single Analysis window.

During addition of a line, all parameters are copied from the previous line, with the exception of a vial number, which is incremented.

In the attachment you'll find all you requested.

The problem is that during an active sequence, when I'm going to add a line,
the vial number is changed on the monitor but the instrument don't receive
any changing.

When I'm going to modify the line for ex sample ID etc etc if you look the
preview of the file name it will be not updated and the clarity will make
the sample with the parameters copied by the previous line. If I add another
line and I delete it the preview will be updated.



DELETE: if I add 3 lines (green mode) sometimes is possible that the option
delete is not available, for example if I select all the 3 lines the button
delete appears, if I select lines one by one the option delete should not
appear.

Dear Ivan,

I understood the sequence problem.

After a sequence start the only way to add lines is stop the sequence when one analysis is finished.
After the stop I insert my Lines and I press the resuming of sequence.
In this way the instrument works properly.

Clarity give the possibility to add lines when the sequence is still running.

If I add lines when the sequence is running my AS start to take vials in random.

Is it possible to add lines during a running sequence? (active sequence-AS control)
