identifying rider peaks

Post by CSTconjugation »

I am looking for assistance in identifying (labeling) a rider peak or shoulder peak. I have used the front and tail tangent but it does not label the peak of interest. I have also tried the global and local peak width but again nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Christine,
Identifying of peaks of interest is done through linked calibration. In case peaks are integrated as expected but identification fails then is necessary to modify applied calibration - left/right time windows around retention time of peak of interest - please refer here - https://www.dataapex.com/documentation/ ... ration.htm.
Some examples of such chromatograms a calibration are available in DEMO3 project. If this this is not sufficient you may send the respective chromatogram a its calibration to us ti support@dataapex.com and we could look at it.
