Add the libusb gem to UNI ruby to open USB connectivity to HID and vendor class devices.

Hi Mike,
we are investigating the options of supporting the usage of Ruby Gems in Clarity, however due to the lack of documentation on the side of Ruby interpreter we use this is quite complex task. The internal issue number attributed to it is ISS-69090.
