Dani Master GC and DHS problems

Dear All,

I am in front of a clarity system version 3.07.662 including Master GC and Master DHS from DANI. If I want to preview and print the method (only method) incl. info, Instrument parameter, acquisition parameters, injection control, instrument control and calculation parameter, I immediatly got an error message:

chromatographic application made error 0xe06d7363 on address 0x755ad36f

and clarity shuts down.

Dear Rabika,
please note that the version you are using is rather old, so I would recommend downloading a newer version and updating to it. This is free of charge, you just have to be registered (including Clarity station S/N filled in) and logged in, after that the download from downloads section is available.

However, DANI Master firmware version must correspond to Clarity version - please see this link for more details. The firmware upgrade must be solved out with Dani company or their distributors.

Also please note that this is just a suggestion - I cannot say whether this will help. Dani Master and Dani DHS control modules were created by DANI company, so the repair would be up on their programmers. There were some changes in the module recently, so there is a good chance the update will help.
