Batch processing using subfolders

Post by Lab-Comp »

Dear Data Apex Team,

Our customers (mainly in the pharma industry) need to reprocess a lot of chromatograms. They want to select between different subfolders in the batch reprocess mode.
Sometimes they have a restricted folder structure and they have to save the chromatograms in to different subfolders.
Right now in the batch reprocess window, you can only see the project folder.
Please give the option to the user to select between different subfolders.

Best regards,
Peter

Dear Peter,
we have started a new suggestion for such behavior, which is currently in the design state. Can you advise whether you need just the usage of the subfolders, or some other functions too? Other discussed features is the more intelligent application of Calibration Cloning from the Sequence during the reprocess, ability to change more parameters for chromatograms from the already measured sequence before the reprocess and other features.

Please let us know your requirements!
