I upgraded my version of Win10x64 from 1903 to 2004 and the Colibrick device no longer loads at system startup. I get the following error message:

"The installation of this device is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator."

Does anyone have a fix other than rolling back the Win10 update?

This is actually for the very first time I see such error. I've been running Windows 10 version 2004 for more than two months and haven't faced such issue so far,,,

Could you let me know serial number of your Colibrick (printed in upper right corner on the rear side) and serial number of your Clarity station? How to find serial number of Clarity station is described in this topic: https://www.dataapex.com/documentation/ ... -about.htm?

Please send us the Clarity diagnostic files (as listed below) for analysis.

Clarity station serial number: 011-57569+064/01
The Clarity station is actually Elemental Analysis Software v. 7.1.0.156 obtained from Costech Analytical Technologies, Inc.

I am unable to send any of the files you requested. I rolled back my installation of Windows10 2004 to the earlier version so those files are gone. Anyway, the problem is fixed for now. Thanks for your reply.

I ended up wiping the HP computer and re-installing Windows 10. After doing that the problem with Clarity and Colibrick driver installation went away.
