Hi, can some please help. I ran a single compound sample, where in the calibration I specified the amount of 99.5%, however after the sample run my amount returned is 100%. I believe the Clarity maybe rounding the amount up. How does one calculate sample as per the calibration amount so the sample amount returned is 99.5% or less than?

Dear Ndumiso,
Could you let me know your Clarity station serial number? How to find is described in related online documentation topic:
https://www.dataapex.com/documentation/ ... -about.htm
Numeric columns in any table in Clarity can be adjusted regarding how many decimals are displayed. Please refer to related online documentation topic for setting decimals in tables:
https://www.dataapex.com/documentation/ ... olumns.htm.
Besides I would like to ask you for sending respective chromatogram (*.prm file) and calibration (*.cal file) files to '
support@dataapex.com' for our inspection which could bring some light into your issue.
Best regards
Jaroslav
