Flux Rheos 2000

Post by AlexCKKB »

Hello.
I need some help with connecting Flux Reos pumps to Clarity. I have a few pieces of Rheos 2000, Allegro, Accela pump. And I can’t connect any of them using the RS-232. What port settings should I have? There are no problems for the Accela and Allegro pumps, they have USB. But Rheos 2000 has only RS-232. What is the best way to proceed?
Thank.

Dear Alex,
could let us know serial number of respective Clarity station. The serial number can be found in About tab https://www.dataapex.com/documentation/ ... -about.htm.
Please refer to related manual, especially to chapters 2 and 3 in order to make sure you have correct cable and reduction.
The manual can be downloaded from this location http://public.dataapex.com/controls-flux-rheos2000.pdf
Let us know if your problems were resolved.

Best regards

Jaroslav

Thanks for the help! Wiring cable has been changed and the pump is connected. But in any case, it turned out that all pumps have unsupported firmware. Thanks again.

Dear Alex,
thank you for update. For firmware update you need to contact pump's vendor. I have found in our internal documentation that minimum firmware version should be 2.50a.
Could you let us know serial number of respective Clarity station. The serial number can be found in About tab https://www.dataapex.com/documentation/ ... -about.htm.
Best regards
