How to integrate the NIST library to the Clarity?
Is it possible?

Dear Leopoldo,
NIST can be integrated with Clarity using the dedicated MS Extension.
MS Extension is optional part of the Clarity software dealing with acquisition and evaluation of the MS data in Clarity.
In the MS extension, you can use NIST libraries and NIST MS Search program to match Clarity-measured spectra with the library spectra etc. Clarity is distributed with the NIST MS Search program and with NIST DEMO MS library, full-sized libraries can be used instead. DataApex does not distribute such libraries, you have to contact some NIST library provider.
How the functionality is integrated is described in dedicated
MS Extension manual, please focus on chapters 6.3 (setting up the position of NIST Libraries) and 6.4 (using the NIST Libraries). Work itself within MS Search software is not described in our manual, please use the NIST documentation.
