Using Clarity For Valve Control Only

I have recently acquired a Rheodyne Labpro that has male 25 pin serial port that connects to serial port on my PC. I would like to use Clarity only to switch between position 1 and 2. I have a HP 3390 A reporting integrator to record all GC data that I need.

I simply need the Rheodyne to switch between position 1 and 2 on my command. The Rheodyne is going to be housed inside of an instrument cabinet so I will not have access to the front panel buttons. Can you please help?
