Hi,
After upgraded to version 7, sometimes after loading and sending a method to the system, if you stop the pump, press Purge, ok, Clarity shows an error message and closes.
Some other times it happens after pressing the "Resume Idle" and then after purging. It was generated an error message and it was sent.

Dear Marco,
thank you for the report. But just from your description we're not able to locate the reason of the problem. Please send us the Clarity diagnostic files (as listed below) for analysis to
support@dataapex.com.
Clarity version 7.0 and newer:
C:\Clarity\CFG\clarity.cfg
C:\Clarity\CFG\clarity.dsk
C:\Clarity\CFG\systeminfo.txt
C:\Clarity\CFG\others.ini
C:\Clarity\CFG\badtrace.txt
all *.dmp files from C:\Clarity\CFG\Debug_Logs (may not be present, they are created during some problems only)
C:\Clarity\CFG\Audit_Trails\ *.audit for the days the problem appeared
chromatogram (*.prm)
method (*.met) and
sequence (*.seq)
files related to the problem
Located in the C:\Clarity\DataFiles
Some screenshots of the error message would be also helpful.
Thank you. Best Regards,

Dear All,
We have an ECOM system with a Rigol L-3320 injector. I tried to connect it to PC with both USB and through LAN.
Unfortunately when I try to add instrument to configuration it says Error 0x80004005, and I cannot add it. What is the problem? How to resolve? Both USb and LAN gives the same error?
Is it possible to set Rigol L-3320 LAN to static IP, and assign a definite IP? (instead of DHCP)
Regards,

Dear Misek,
please could you send us the diagnostic files as mentioned by Lenka in the previous post?
The steps necessary for correct L-3320 installation are depending on the actually used Clarity version.
