Hi,

I am having problem of HPLC (LC-PDA) (YL9100-quarternaly pump, YL9160 PDA detector, Knaner AS 3950 Alias autosampler).
HPLC is running normally. It is not record chromatogram after finished running sample.

It showed "waiting for injection" after submit sequence run (resume sequence).
It kept showing this after end of the running time and did not start with a new sample(s).
Also, in the panels of YL911X LC for pump showed "ready" (grey) as same as YL9160 PDA detector.
In normal condition, it must show "Running" (green).

Anyone could suggest how to solve this problem?

I could finally fixed it.
The system Configuration settings of Dig. Input was wrong.

Hi Anon,
as we have suggested via email the Ext. Start Dig. Input setting in the System Configuration was wrong. The problem was remedied by the proper setting.
