Creating a fraction collection program

I have a question about developing the module program of fraction collection.
When program automatic switch to another fraction collection ,how can I mark a tag on chromatogram curve ?

Dear sir,
sorry for the late reply, I was out of office past three weeks.
Can you please explain in more detail what exactly are you trying to achieve? I am not sure whether you are trying to create a method for some already controlled fraction collector (please advise which one) or whether you are trying to create a RUBY script to control a brand new fraction collector currently unsupported in Clarity (again please let us know the vendor and model).

Thanks for your reply,I want to make a tag on chromatogram curve in Acquisition mapping window，I'm a software engineer,I want to implement this function in our DAC device software .
