i am using clarity 2.4.1.43 software which having facility of 2 channels 1 instrument.we have received 2 star/stop swiches. But my both the channels are getting operated by one of the switches only.Is it possible to operate 2 channels individually with two separate switches?

To operate the A/D channels independently you will have to purchase an add-on Instrument.
1 Instrument = 1 time base. This means that you are able to measure a chromatogram containing both signals, but you cannot use it for two independent chromatographs, where you need to measure independent analysis.
