Dear sir
how to perform a replicates from standards or unknown samples in sequence? and how to get the statistic results (average, cv....)
can you advise

To perform a statistic evaluation, you need to have the optional SST extension (A22)

To perform automated evaluation of replicates in sequence, you will need to setup the post run options available for each row so the SST report will be generated after the last replicate injection.
Note the SST check is performed on chromatograms opened in overlay and marked for SST evaluation.
The options useful to perform this task are Include in SST (to select chromatograms on which the SST will be performed).
To create a SST report for replicates automatically during sequence, the Print report (using a report style with the SST report selected) and Close all (to close all opened chromatograms opened in overlay) need to be checked in the post run options for the last replicate injection. Use Setup Column from the sequence table context menu to reveal those columns.
