How we can update the software old ver in to latest ver .
please suggest.

Dear Sunil,
the upgrade process depends on the fact whether you do have the protective HW key (dongle) or not. If you do not have it:

• You will need to order the software upgrade from your local distributor
  • C600 item in case of Clarity software without the HW key to be upgraded
  • C532 item in case of Apex/CSW17/CSW32 software to be upgraded
• Contact your local distributor for pricing.
• Ordered upgrade will include installation DVD, from which you will upgrade the software by running install.exe
• First part of the installation itself is uninstallation of the older software.
  • Make sure you have no data in the DEMO folders, then you can proceed.
• Select the "preserve Configuration" option during the following installation.
• Follow the instructions until the upgrade is complete.

In case you do have a HW key, the process is much more simple:

• Download the latest Clarity version from our website, section Downloads - Full Versions.
  • You have to be logged in to your account - same credentials as for logging into the discussion forum, and have s/n of your station filled in your profile, to be able to download.
• Running the downloaded install.exe
• First part of the installation itself is uninstallation of the older software.
  • Make sure you have no data in the DEMO folders, then you can proceed.
• Select the "preserve Configuration" option during the following installation.
• Follow the instructions until the upgrade is complete.

In either case, you might want to check your computer compatibility with the latest version of Clarity software here before the upgrade.
