Hi!

I have a question about logging into Clarity. I try to start up the program but when i do, I seem to be getting a 'user account load error' message and it won't let me do anything!

I've tried turning off the computer, making sure everything is plugged in. I've also tried uninstalling the software and re-installing it and I'm getting the same error message!

Has anyone else had the same problem, or might have an idea of how to resolve it?

Dear Yasmeen Gill,

the error message indicates that the clarity.psw file holding the user informations has been corrupted or is missing. As a remedy, you need to restore it from backup or replace with empty one from the instalation CD(DVD), subfolder PGM.
