Dear Sunil,
can you please describe in more details what is your application and what is the desired effect? Without further information, I am unable to come up with the solution.

Dear sir ,

Our one customer is using the TOGA GC with auosampler & Clarity software .
They run the sequance of 40 vials in that there some componant peak height is goes to saturation ( above 1200 mv ) & they have raised following point:
1) When the height of peak goes above 1200 mV ,then in the result table it should be highlighted and also should mention that the peak is saturated.

Thanks & regards

Dear Sunil Jadhav,

for this purpose I will reccomend to use the optional SST extension

http://downloads.dataapex.com/documenta ... ns-sst.pdf

which allows you to compare some peak parameters (including Peak Height) with predefined limits and report the Pass/Fail result, eventually perform some additional actions.

Also please check if the peaks are cut by the detector itself or by the A/D board - increasing the range may help in the latter case.

Dear Sunil,

for this purpose the NGA extension is recomended, it is designed to calculate the calorific values according to the commonly used norms and enables to combine signals from multiple detectors
