flow marker

Post by leih01 »

I am using universal calibration with a flow rate correction to do GPC calculation. I check "use flow rate correction" box in the GPC calibration option window and set up flow Marker RT 30.27 minutes. I also set up the flow marker peak in the chromatogram of the sample. However, in the GPC results table, there is no column named "Flow rate correction". Please advise.

The collumn is hidden in the default settings, you need to reveal it by using the Setup columns from the Result table contect menu (right click in the table area)
