I want to use universal calibration. I try to set up Mark-Houwink constants for calibration points. However, even I input the constants in Calibration Options, the constants showing in the calibration table are always the default ones. How to set up the Mark-Houwink constants for the standards?

The Mark Houwink constants in the Calibration Options affect only the display of calibration curve in Calibration window, when no chromatogram is opened. For standards and unknowns, the constants need to be entered in the Sample Header (either before acquisition or on the calculations section in Result tab of the Chromatogram window. For imported chromatograms, the values entered in the Single Analysis window will be applied. The constants from chrommatogram will be applied to callibration when the respective level is calibrated.
