Measure and calculate breakthrough time

Dear colleagues,
I would like to know if it is possible to calculate a breakthrough time and
use that parameter for a calculation. To give you additional details:
Thermal desorption tubes are added to the carrier gas line of a GC. The
carrier gas contains a certain amount of analyte. Until the maximum
capacity of the desorption tube is reached, there will only be a baseline.
At the time of breakthrough the analyte concentration increases quickly
until it reaches its original concentration level of the analyte in the
carrier gas. My client wants to calculate the breakthrough time (a certain
signal height) multiply it with a certain concentration factor and divide
with a variable, which is determined every day. Can this be automated in the
data analysis section of Clarity?
Thanks for your advice.
