Is it there in Clarity a provision to set up a normalization method using response factors ?

The normalized% results will be displayed in the Amount% column of the Result table for chromatograms calculated by ESTD method, when the conditions for Norm% calculations are met. All peaks in the chromatogram must be integrated, identified and quantitated. (For peaks not calibrated, the response factor of a nearest homologue can be alternatively used).

To calculate results using response factors instead of calibration curve, enter the response factor values to the Resp. Factor column in the common part of the Calibration table and set the Curve fit type to Free.
