Re: YL clarity RRT function
Yes, it is possible. Simply fill in the "Unretained Time" Field in the Method Setup - Advanced tab in the desired method, and then create a new User Column in the Chromatogram Result table using the "User Colum - Add..." command from the local menu. The calculation should look as shown in the picture:
The calculation in the user column is then saved in your desktop file, so it will be available next time you open a new chromatogram.Daniel Mentlík

Re: YL clarity RRT function
Thank you very nuch, But how about RRT for any other peaks in chromatogram. I would like to have RRTof some impurities in compare of main peak ? Is it possible to calculate any way RRT for several impurities in chromatogram in compare main peak ?
Best regards,

Re: YL clarity RRT function
To calculate the RRT to the main peak in Clarity is possible in case the main peak is the first or last in the chromatogram. The user column formula is for example:
you can include the Unretained Peak Time in the formula if required.
you can include the Unretained Peak Time in the formula if required.

Re: YL clarity RRT function
Thank you for your explanantion. My customer wants to have RRT for peaks before and after the main peak. It means they have check impurities from RRT range 0,4-5. So it seems they should have to do it in 2 steps.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.

The option to define selected peak as a base for RRT calculations is planned for some future version.

Re: YL clarity RRT function
From Clarity ver. 3.0, you can use any peak name for the RRT calculations. Please, see the FAQ Is it possible to calculate RRT (Relative Retention Times) in Clarity?
