I've a customer with this problem :

"Error during Acquisition - disk full, non-existent or defective project directory, or the corresponding raw data file ($CHXRUN.RAW, where X stands for the channel number) is write-protected (open in an editor, copied, ...)"

Now we would like try to reinstall the software, but the customer CD is demaged, I want know if is possible to recover the software to send it at the customer.

This is his configuration :
DDS 1000 version 1.7 (DDS17)
Serial Number: 11-1504
Date 21/06/2001
Public Key: 410C 1045 F09C 959C E748
