Dear Jan,
We are trying to interface Clarity to Dani 1000, the GC password to be
entered into GC should be last 5 digits of S/No according to GC manual.
Clarity requests a no. 1 to 255. we have entered 255 in both GC and
Clarity but without success. Any suggestions? Is there maybe a special
serial lock or special IC on the GC?
Please advise.

Hello Menno,
as Barbora informed you in November, the Dani GCs are locked against
using COM port by default.
Please ask DANI company for more information.
