Clarity doesn't start !

Dear Sirs,

I have had a Clarity problem, I installed DDS Clarity 2.4.1.77 (INT 7) about one year ago. Recently the customer called me, and he said me that when he launch the Clarity program, the software was stopped on first windows, when it loading the clarity chromatography station, and this crash stopped the pc, forcing to restart the system.

I detected the problem on INT7 board. But I don't know what happened between Clarity software and INT7 board.
We tried to change pc but the problem it was the same.

Dear all,

Thank you for reporting us a problem. We are sending you a new INT7 card with cable. Please return us the only original INT7 card and its cable for inspection by return.
The card will be sent with attn. to Antonella Galimberi by DHL today.

Pleas inform us about a status of Clarity SW after an INT7 has been replaced.
