The station worked well when I tested it first time. I have used Ver. 2.4 software to run the station. After this, the message "WRONG S/N" would occur when I ran the system one (Ver. 2.3.0.185). The problem still exists even I use another two PCs to test (Ver. 2.3.0.185). Please advise how to solve the problem.

Clarity version 2.4. requires the use of HW key as the software protection is no more based on the serial number encrypted in the board. During update from older versions, the serial number in the board is amended to prevent its use with the previous version on another computer. You probably used some older version of Clarity 2.4., the current one available amends the board S/N only after it founds the HW key. You will need to upgrade your station to version 2.4., that means you need to order the item:

C600 upgrade from Clarity 2.x to Clarity 2.4 (containing the needed HW key)

Small charge is applied for the HW key, the software upgrade itself is free of charge.
