Dear Sr.
How can I get in Clarity Software, that the area report be in a big number. In other dataadquisición software (other provider) the peak areas are a big number than in clarity.
Thank in advance for your response.

Dear Jorge,
there are two possible explanations -
1) the other software uses different units for Area (Clarity uses mV*s).
In Clarity (this option is not supported in Clarity Lite) it is possible to use the user defined columns to get some custom calculations. You can also set the Area column to display more decimals to see numbers with more significant places for low area peaks.
2) the analog input cable is not correctly connected, typically the shield wire (common ground for the plus and minus signal) is not connected. In such case the acquired signal may not correctly reflect the output from the detector.
Please, do not hesitate to contact me for more details
