The problem was in the autosampler manual or in our control module manual?
If you had any troubles with our manual can you let me know?
If there is a passage that was not clear or some information that you missed.
Any suggestions for improvement are welcome.

The sampler manual is some kind of confusing. Chapter 4 refers to Chapter 9 and from 9 back to 6 with "brilliant" pictures in it. And so on.

Your manual is quite clear and straight forward. But it doesn't help when "busy" ("bsy" on the sampler screen) means "Fatal Error".

After reading all 122 pages we could find the solution.
