Setting timeout interval
How do I set the timeout interval in Clarity? My system times out after about 15 seconds of me not using the mouse and I have to re-enter my access code to log in.

Re: Setting timeout interval
Dear Nial,
thank you for your inquiry.
Generally the only setting in Clarity locking the user interface is performed in User Accounts dialog (accessible from main Clarity window, menu System - User Accounts), and is typically set in minutes rather than seconds: The setting is typically used just for stations used by multiple users simultaneously on multiple Instruments. Please check this setting. In case it is set to 0, then it is some out-of Clarity behavior forcing the lock. For diagnosing such situation we will need more details, please contact us through support@dataapex.com email.

Thank you, I'll have a look once my system has completed running
