Hi,
I have issues in baseline signal.
We are using Sykam HPLC system with PDA (S3345) detector and S1125 Quaternary pump system. Clarity vesrion is 6.2
The base line looks ok when running but as soon as the manual injector brings to load position the baseline deviates from zero and gets disturb even when no sample is injected. Please advise as earliest solution

Dear Khalid,
Clarity only monitors the signal that comes from the module. Baseline deviations detected or noise is true. It is not software but chromatographic problem.
Such signal deviations may come from pressure drops (if the turning of the valve has some problems, the pressure drops may be significant), and also please note that while the Sykam pumps receive the method, they stop the flow (which may have similar result - please try to use the Send Method button from the Single Analysis dialog and watch the baseline while this happens).
