Clarity lite single Ch software showing error massage chro

Dear sir ,

I am facing problem with Iris 32 Single Ch. During the run time it giving the below error massage & software get close completely & we have to start software again. Then I have reinstalled software again but still the error message giving intermediately hence please suggest the solution.

Dear Sunil,
as discussed via email, just from your description we're not able to locate the reason of the problem. Please send us the Iris 32 diagnostic files (as listed below) for analysis.
Files to be sent :
c:\Iris 32\clarity.cfg
c:\Iris 32\clarity.dsk
c:\Iris 32\systeminfo.txt
c:\Iris 32\badtrace.txt and all *.dmp files (may not be present, they are created during some problems only)
c:\Iris 32\log\ *.audit for the days the problem appeared
chromatogram (*.prm), method (*.met) and sequence (*.seq) files related to the problem

From these files we will be able to find the cause of the problem.
