Communication Problem of Interface 7

In our lab, we configued an Antec ECD by Clarity with Interface 7 as injection triger. Recently when we loginto Clarity, there will be warning massage pop up to inform us " Cannot load device driver CSWInt 7"

We alreday tried to reinstall the driver in the folder of HWDrivers, and even re-install Clarity software, but problem still can't resolve!

Could be somedoy told me how to resolve this, do we need to change hardware?

Hello,
can you let us know the version of Clarity you are using, it's serial number and the Windows version? This looks like older Clarity on not supported version of Windows most probably.

The Clarity version and software serial number can be found using Help - About... command from the main Clarity window.
