Suddenly, sometimes in the middle of a sequence run, all Clarity windows are closed.
Clarity is controlling one HPLC system from Rigol (pump, detector and oven) and the ALS Alias from Spark Holland.
We have two systems, same configuration, one system installed in each PC with an individual license key.
Clarity version: 4.05.996
We have been monitoring this error since last year when we installed the first system running with Clarity OEM version for Rigol, but this month we have installed a new system with Clarity non OEM version and the same problem happened in the new system.
The same behavior, station and sequence audit trail files do not show any error, all Clarity screens were closed alone during a normal sequence run, system has run normally last days, Windows OS was running normal and it did not shut down, automatic updates option is off, firewall is off and power saving mode for all devices are all disabled, the PC don't shut down, only Clarity application closed.
Can you help me ?

Dear Marco,
unfortunately this is a known problem of Rigol control drivers developed by Rigol company. They know about the problem and try hard to find it's cause and repair it - so far without success. We are following the issue and will let you know as soon as the solution is found.
