yl clarity sampling frequency setting of yl9120

Dear Sirs,

I have found YL Clarity problem with setting sampling frequency of YL9120 UV detector. It seems every time it keeps only 1Hz value. I cannot change it into other values like 5hz or 10Hz.
Please let me know how to solve it ?

The condition for setting higher sample rates than 1 Hz in YL9120 is, that both signals use the same wavelenght (even if one of them is disabled).

Dear Ivan,

I am having similar issue. As you can see in the attached picture, my signal looks stepwise at all sample rates exept 1 Hz. I tried all filter settings, setting both channels to the same wavelength, did not work. I attach also the method.

please could you send us the acquired chromatogram to support@dataapex.com? I could not check the method file without corresponding configuration, it is however recorded in the chromatogram.
