This morning i came to work and when i opened the Clarity Lite i noticed that on the toolbar, the options "create a new method", "open an existing method" and "save the active method" where disabled and i couldn't press on them anymore. i tried to create an alternative toolbar with them on it, but they where also disabled there. what worked was clicking on the description chart, under "SAMPLE-ID" where it says "method", clicking there gave me the chance to open an existing method from the folder, but why are the options in the toolbar disabled?

I have worked hard to reproduce this behaviour, but was not successful in that. In fact, we have never seen Clarity (or Clarity Lite) to behave in similar way, so we will need more data to be able to amend the problem.
Does the problem persist or has the problem emerged from that time again?

c:\Clarity_Lite\clarity.cfg
c:\Clarity_Lite\clarity.dsk
c:\Clarity_Lite\systeminfo.txt
c:\Clarity_Lite\badtrace.txt and all *.dmp files (may not be present, they are created during some problems only)
c:\Clarity_Lite\log\ *.audit for the days the problem appeared
method (*.met) and sequence (*.seq) files related to the problem
