We recently set up an older HPLC that we run independently of the Clarity Lite software. We are obtaining
perfect chromatography, but we are unable to use the software to analyze the results. Does anyone have
any good starting out tips?

reading the Getting Started Guide, chapter 4 Tour through the Clarity Lite station will be a good starting point.
