In a PDF report, is there a way to get clarity to display not only the retention times but also the areas of the peaks on the chromatogram itself (i.e. not in the results or summary table, but on the graph). I need a pictorial representation of my chromatogams with both r.t. and peak area clearly displayed-I'd convert to an image file and edit it in but I've got hundreds of chromatograms...
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Thank you,
Ben

Re: PDF report formatting
Dear Ben,
Clarity can indeed do that. Go to the Chromatogram window and open any chromatogram, right-click on the graph to bring your local menu and select the Properties... item to open the Graph Properties dialog. Right on the opened Graph tab, disable the Simplified Peak Tags checkbox in the second column. Then, as the Enhanced Format button gets enabled, use it to open the Peak Tags Format dialog. On its left side there is a list of available parameters that can be viewed in the graph next to each peak, the right side should contain the parameters you want to display. Move the desired parameters there and order them as you wish, then exit both the Peak Tags Format and Graph Properties dialogs using the OK button. All chromatograms opened on this Instrument from then on will use your custom display format and it will be also used in printouts (as the graph display in the print is WYSIWYG).
Note that if you have more than one user set on the station, it might be necessary to set this display format for every user once more as the changes are saved in the user's desktop file, which usually differs between users.
Best Regards,
Daniel
