I am attempting to print my chromatogram reports to PDF, but every time approximately the first 1/8 of the chromatogram is cut-off. The rest appears just fine, and the peaks in the cut-off portion still show up in the table (and sometimes, albeit unreliably, even the peak labels on the chromatogram itself), but the trace itself is never displayed for the first small portion of the chromatogram. The trace is there in the print preview, but never in the PDF file itself. I've attached an example PDF so you can see the silliness first hand.
Any help would be much appreciated...

Re: Problems Printing to PDF
Dear Ben,
I have sent you a reply this Friday with the request for some diagnostic files. it seems that it has not reached you. Please, find the copy of the e-mail below (any files should be sent to support@dataapex.com).
Dear Ben,
I haven't heard of such problem so far, but I will inspect it ASAP. To find the cause, I will, however, need some files sent from you:
1) chromatogram file that produces the error.
2) created *.pdf file from the chromatogram in question
3) report style file used to create the report - the report style file can be located in the C:/Clarity/Common directory. The needed report style file (*.sty) is dependent on the place from which you create the reports in Clarity, your pdf report in this attachment is printed using the Chromatogram.sty print style.
Also one additional question, how do you print the chromatograms to PDF? Do you use the File - Print to PDF command or use some virtual pdf printer (printing using the File - Print command, the PDF is a selected Printer for you)?
Best Regards,
Daniel Mentlik

Re: Problems Printing to PDF
Dear Ben,
the issue has already been repaired in Clarity version 3.0. Updating to the latest version should solve the problem.
Best Regards,
