Dear Alksandr,
in case the station is connected to Internet, we can provide online diagnostics via TeamViewer - please let us know by email to support@dataapex.com. It is very hard to provide a solution with insufficient information.
Best Regards,
Daniel

Re: Change in the processing´s calibration
Dear Andres, this depends on quite a number of things (I do not know your actual setup). Please send us diagnostic information to support@dataapex.com - the diagnostic information should be the chromatogram where you have encountered such problems, the method according to which you have measured and...

Re: Quantification with different wavelength
Dear Andres, the process of quantifying on a different wavelength signal than that was used for acquisition is not overly straightforward, for future analyses I will advice to try ensuring that the quantification wavelength is collected aside of the PDA spectra - depending on the detector, such sign...

Dear Aleksandr, last time we checked with Spark (about last year) it was still possible to obtain the exchange part. Please let me know by email to support@dataapex.com if you would wish me to try asking Spark directly for the exchange part. Unfortunately, only implementing the RS-422 support in the...

Re: Configure "Bracketing" on a Sequence
Dear Jorge,
I probably do not understand the question - what you referenced is guide how to set up such bracketing onto the sequence (and therefore it is obvious that Clarity supports such behavior).
Best Regards,
Daniel

Re: Norm % (Amount or Area) when not all peaks are present.
Yes, ESTD or ISTD should work easily.
NORM calculation is basically ESTD with several added validity checks. In case some of the checks fails, no results are displayed and the reason for failure is visible above the Result Table.
Best Regards,
Daniel

Re: Norm % (Amount or Area) when not all peaks are present.
I may not understand the question. mount% is calculated every time, even when not all peaks are in the chromatogram. Please see following screenshot: amountpercent.PNG Calibration contains additional peaks which are not present in the sample, yet the Amount% column is still calculated. It is just no...

Re: Norm % (Amount or Area) when not all peaks are present.
Hi Ariel, this may be even easier then - I haven't considered Amount%, talk was about Area%. Clarity calculates the Amount% natively too, there is a special column (not user column) for this calculation. Instead or "Amount(sum)" part in your equation the formula for Amount% uses Amount column Total ...
