Re: Two samplers ion connected to one GC
Dear Sir, Clarity indeed does not allow to configure two autosamplers to the same Clarity Instrument. I guess, from your description, that the configuration is two-line GC - two injectors, two columns (sharing the same column oven) and two detectors. The usability in Clarity depends on the desired m...

Re: PDA spetra problems in clarity
Dear Samira,
can you please send the chromatogram you speak about to support@datapex.com as an attachment? We need the *.prm file to be able to see what problem is there.
Also please attach a screenshot demonstrating the problem.
Best Regards,
Daniel

Re: Connecting to an MSsql Database
Hi Paul, sorry for the delay in reply, I was out of office till today. What you describe is possible, though non-standard. We are ready to discuss ideal implementation of such feature and advise on the feasibility, but for that we will definitely need more details, ideally with data examples. If you...

Re: replace konikrom to Clarity software ?
Dear sir, I am not sure about the Konik 6000 HPLC, that does not ring any familiar tone nor I can find the system on the Internet. Can you provide us some more details of the system - at least a list of components and a photo of the system? Regarding the missing parts of Konikrom and transition to C...

Re: Setting timeout interval
Dear Nial, thank you for your inquiry. Generally the only setting in Clarity locking the user interface is performed in User Accounts dialog (accessible from main Clarity window, menu System - User Accounts), and is typically set in minutes rather than seconds: lock-out.PNG The setting is typically ...

Re: Pharmacia LKB Controller LCC-501 Plus
Dear Rúnar, thank you for your inquiry. Clarity does not control the LCC-501 Plus controller directly, however it seems that it can work along with Clarity (according to the manual). The controller has analog outputs to provide detector signal(s) to Clarity, which can be collected through A/D conver...

Re: Connecting to an MSsql Database
Dear Paul, basically it still depends on which data you want imported into Clarity. Without building a dedicated driver, Clarity can import a sequence table (prescription for further measurements) or already measured chromatogram (a record of already measured run done by other software). These can b...

Re: Rheodyne MXII Series Valve Control
Hi Chris, the above setup depends on which control modules the station has. Supposing you are using LC Control, then everything should be covered by control modules, no U-PAD-based TTL signals should be necessary. Clarity currently contains two control modules for Rheodyne valves. First one (the one...

Re: Connecting to an MSsql Database
Dear Paul, sorry for seeing different thing than was written. The explanation have shed more light into the matter, but I am still somewhat struggling in finding proper answer. Generally: If Clarity should be interfaced with other software using MsSQL database, then there is currently no interface t...
