Re: Clarity TRIAL offline

Dear Oleg, this HW key is indeed an Offline HW key. As it is not possible to use offline HW key as Full key and vice versa, you will have to locate one of the full keys in your stock and use that one, we can confirm which key is offline and which is full upon knowing it's serial number (more details...

Re: Clarity TRIAL offline

Dear Oleg, this looks like your HW key for the station is in fact a HW key for the Clarity Offline. For debugging and control module creation, this makes vast difference - Offline station does not allow to use Data Acquisition, so you pretty much can't do anything regarding run synchronization. You ...

Re: Loss of Reports in Clarity 7.4.1

Hi Chris, from the above it is hard to say what went wrong - we will need additional diagnostic information form the station. Re: PDA Peak Purity value inconsistent

Hi Marco, we do not consider this option as anything that should be used, therefore it was removed. Please note that the Purity Threshold set as high as your customer does makes completely invalid results - let's assume the peak has 100 spectra total. Each of the spectra is compared to the apex spec...

Re: Flagging off-scale data as invalid

Hi Shawn, Clarity already has several means of getting a warning of overloaded peaks, have you considered using any of it? 1) You can set up addition of an event to the chromatogram graph when signal overload happens. This would create vertical line in a moment where the overload happens, in case yo...

Re: Varian 410

Dear Alksandr,
in case the station is connected to Internet, we can provide online diagnostics via TeamViewer - please let us know by email to support@dataapex.com. It is very hard to provide a solution with insufficient information.

Best Regards,
Daniel
