Print to pdf - directory problem
Hello, in Corona times our students don't get any paper prints, instead they save their reports as pdf and mail them to their Email address. Every time I open print to pdf, it opens an old directory, which doesn't exist anymore. I always have to click through the hard disk to get the right directory...

Re: Automatic integration tool
Thanks, I'll do that later.
What I expect is simple: start integration from 1,7 min as in the table, not 2,3 min.
Crossing is not helpful because it should not cross, it should touch the signal at the lowest point.

Re: Automatic integration tool
Finally we dropped Chromeleon and switched to Clarity for our practical course. However, as expected we have problems integrating correctly the H53 files. Our usual procedure was manual integration only, between C10 to C40, horizontally at the deepest point of the integrated signal. With Chromeleon ...

Very simple wish...
...easy to do I think and easy to understand: one of the features I like are the free updates with bugfixes etc. However, all files are named install.exe. It would help a lot if they at least were named something like clarity_install.exe or even better clarity_update_version_xyz.exe. I've got lots o...

Re: Automatic integration tool
Thanks! Seems to work, I'll try this with my students :D next year. However, you still have to work with all these icons instead of the automatic tool (those who worked with Chromeleon know what I mean). Looks like we're switching from Chromleon to Clarity. They don't have the old 16 channel A/D car...

Re: Automatic integration tool
Thanks Daniel! I know it is not an easy thing to do because if the different software architecture, but for those who want manual integration (we determine PAH's in different soil samples for example, there's no other way) it should be possible to inhibit integration and then add peaks manually. Tha...

Automatic integration tool
First off - we're using nearly all types/brands of chromatography software in our university, recently we also started with Clarity because of it's price and support of different systems. It's running fine. For most of our HPLC's/GC's it's running as a data acquisition station only, not for controll...

Re: File read error
I noticed the version difference short after posting. I did an update a few minutes ago and everything works now as suggested.
Thanks anyway for the quick response and sorry for posting - it was my fault.

File read error
Hello, I just copied some files from one PC to another to open them in my new Clarity offline version (university). It's not possible to open them, all files give a "file read error". The demo data which came with the software work fine. What I did so far without success: I created the same user on ...
