Re: Column Usage Monitor
Hi Daniel,
thanks but, as I stated before, I hope this feature will be implemented in a next Clarity version: the GLP workaround is not feasible...

Re: Control materials tracking in Clarity
Hi Daniel, thank you.
Yes, the SST could be a workaround to have a quality control check on runs. We must think about including it in our offers to the customers, though, since it will be an additional cost....

Column injections counter
Could it be possible to add an injection counter for the column? In an IVD environment , analytical columns are certified for a stated n° of injections, and thus customers want to track column life in order to be compliant with method certification; in lin of principle this feature could be added in...

IMPLEMENTED - user defined columns in for calculations
Hi everyone. Some customers of ours using Clarity asked for the possibility to have one or more user defined columns in the sequence table in order to make them able perform calculations. As an example, the routine HPLC test for biogenic amines in urine is done on a 24 hour sample and it requires to...

Re: Control materials tracking in Clarity
In a clinical environment, after creating a calibration curve, users verify the calibration of the method by running (usually) a couple of control materials, a "low" one (LC, under the cutoff) and a high one (HC, over the cutoff). These control materials are certified ones (lot nr. , expiry date...)...

Automatic shutdown on Clarity with Agilent HPLC
Hello, we are using Clarity on an Agilent HPLC system through the ICF controls. Since most of of our customers are working overnight with their Agilent HPLCs, due to the high number of samples to be processed in a single run, we need the possibility for Clarity to stop the HPLC (i.e. switching off l...

Control materials tracking in Clarity
About control materials (not calibrators), it could be useful to implement their tracking in the software (e.g. having the control materials being stated as Low Control and High Control in the sequence worklist and having their low/high range limits stored in the method, so that the end user can val...

Re: Column Usage Monitor
Hi Ivan, Sorry, but this solution is too much of a strain for being a useful one and it seems that there is no such a counter number in the audit trial export file (maybe I got it wrong and I cannot see how to linkthe column ID to the method name... Have you got a real life example?). Moreover, meth...
